Rise

As it tries to take control of me,
I am wondering what the escape could be,
The only way to get rid of it,
Would be for me to be able to hit,

I doubt it would somehow go away,
I try to think, drowned in my dismay,
And suddenly, as the sun begins to rise,
Finally it leaves, finally I win my prize
